Debit Card FAQs

How do I sign up for a debit card?

We will ask when you onboard to our services how you would prefer to receive your spending money and will give you this as an option. If you are an existing client, just reach out to us and ask. We will adjust your account and send you a debit card.

 

We work with a company called Money Network to distribute these cards. Here is a link to their website for more information: https://www.moneynetwork.com/

Where can I use my debit card?

You can use your Money Network Card wherever Visa® Debit or Debit Mastercard® are accepted and at virtually any ATM. You can withdraw funds with no additional fee at in-network ATMs.

 

Find an in-network ATM using Money Network's ATM locator. Make sure to select the "Surcharge-Free ATMs" checkbox when searching.

How do I know funds have been added to my debit card?

There are four easy ways to access your balance information and transaction history:

  • Money Network Mobile App. Download the Mobile App at the App Store® or on Google Play™.

  • Account Alerts. Set up Account alerts online or via the Mobile App.

  • Online. Log in to your Account online to view your balance.

  • By phone. Call Customer Service at the number on the back of your Card to hear your balance.

We load the cards on Fridays so if you are expecting money for the week, it will be added first thing that Friday. If you have any questions/concerns about your deposit, please call the number on the back of your debit card.

What should I do if I forget my PIN or need to change it?

Call the Customer Service number on the back of your Card or 1-866-892-2835. Follow the menu prompts to create a new PIN. Your new PIN will be active immediately.

What if my Money Network card is lost or stolen?

Call the Customer Service number on the back of your Card or 1-866-892-2835 to request a new card. Please note: the first card replacement is no charge but each card replacement following is $5 so be very careful and keep your card in a safe place!
